We cannot say enough amazing things about Wes! This was our first time buying a home and he was SO helpful in making sure we understood the entire process from start to finish. He started looking at homes for us even before we moved the Richmond and after we got here, he guided us through the home-buying process with empathy and attention to detail. Wes is incredibly responsive and always gets back to you right away with helpful information or to schedule a showing. Anyone would be so lucky to have Wes as their realtor!

Five stars may not be high enough to rate our realtor, Wes. He was there for every process and walked us through each step. Communication was a big key to him. Any questions or information we needed was relayed immediately. The biggest thing that impressed me, he listened. He listened to what you wanted, your concerns, and showed empathy. We cant say enough good things about Wes and our home buying process. The first initial conversation was very welcoming and thorough. He captured our home preferences very quickly and all of the homes that he lined up for us to see were within our realm of what we wanted. While the market sucked, Wes provided details that made the process easy and smooth. His experience with our area of choice provided insight that we didn't have originally. Wes was the perfect realtor to sell my Mother's home.
